CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received by your Account Executive via e-mail or in written form no later than 72 hours prior to your event. Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events canceled due to inclement weather.

A: We primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on corporate and private events in San Francisco. We also cater events in multiple U.S. states and are expanding our services to Jamaica.

A: Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we can accommodate events outside these hours by arrangement.

A: Yes! We offer menu tastings for $30 per person, which will be credited towards your event balance if you book with us.

A: We cater events for 12-250 people. For smaller or larger groups, please contact us to discuss options.

A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for corporate events and 1-2 months for private events. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.

A: Our corporate catering ranges from $25-75 per person, and private chef services start at $176 per person. Final pricing depends on menu selection, service style, and additional requirements.

A: Yes, we require a deposit to secure your date. The amount varies based on the event size and type.
